Ferntree Gully enjoys huge network success
Ray White Ferntree Gully walked away from the 2011 Ray White Awards night for Victoria and Tasmania as the fourth strongest business in the entire network.
They were also awarded for achieving the second highest number of total auctions sold for the year, with a staggering 195 recorded.
Held at Crown Palladium, the announcement, amongst many others for this office was made in front of more than 800 people from 100 offices across the State.
The Awards night recognized 25 years of Ray White in Victoria starting with only nine offices, the company now has 100.
“2011 has been another great year for Ray White in Victoria, this being our fifth year of successive market share growth in Victoria,” said Ray White CEO Mrs Andrea McNaughton.
“Work in Victoria has been the result of teamwork and commitment, as a result of this work, we have more people, more offices, more auctions, more rentals and more sales than anyone in the State,’ Mrs McNaughton said on the night.
Principal Matt Sims thanked his team for their dedication and hard work.
“This is an outstanding achievement from everyone in the team, and I want to thank you all for your tireless hard work and enthusiasm,” Mr Sims said
Special congratulations also went out to Lyn Kenny Ray White Lysterfield, who came in at number eight for individuals in a network of some 1750 members in Victoria.
